You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by us to you and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale.
We provide a hassle free shopping experience at midori by sgv, and while we hope that you are happy and satisfied with your purchases, in the event, you are not and would like to return the product then the following shall be applicable:
(a) Exchange: In the event of any sizing issue and any defects in the product (like holes/tear in the cloth/any issue in the finishing of the product), you may exchange the product. The exchange shall be for the same product only. All requests of exchange shall be entertained upto a period of 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. In the event of unavailability of the same product for exchange then you shall be refunded the amount as per Para 3 (b) of the terms stated herein. We shall accept the returns of the product only once for a single product in exchange of a different size. We shall not entertain multiple returns for a single product. The courier charges for exchange need to be borne by the customer.
(b) Refunds: Refunds shall only be made in the form of “Midori Credit”. Credit shall be of an amount equivalent to the amount used for the purchase that has been returned (or sent for exchange). Refunds are only applicable on products that are faulty or received in damaged condition. The same has to be brought to the companies notice within 24 (Twenty-Four) hours of receiving the package. The Credit may be used to purchase any other product of the same value. The Credit shall be valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of exchange initiated in your Midori Account.
We shall not be able to accept any returns on items purchased at a sale price. Only the size of any items purchased at a sale price can be exchanged if the applicable size is in stock.
