> How long will it take for my order to arrive? 
Due to the current circumstances of covid-19, deliveries may be slightly delayed depending on the local delivery network in your region.

All standard orders will be shipped in seven to ten business days of confirmation from our team that they have received your order. If your order includes an item that we indicated will be shipped at a later date, we will only ship the entire order out together once the item is ready.

“Made to Order” items would be delivered only within the time period given for the specific order via email.

> What are your shipping charges?
We provide FREE shipping to all customers located in India on all Prepaid Orders. However for all international customers – Shipping charges are calculated automatically at the checkout depending on the weight of the cart and some other factors.

> Local Express Shipping 
If you are located in India and need to expedite your package, do email us first at midoribysgv@gmail.com. We’ll respond within 24 hours. However, extra delivery charges shall be applicable.

> What are the terms and conditions that a customer must know to return or exchange the product?
We will follow a quality check and will allow the exchange or offer a credit note if it is applicable. The same will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the product back.

In case the product is damaged or not in a proper condition on receipt, the customer needs to inform us on our email within  48 hours. The tags on the products should be intact and the product should be in an unused condition to process a return or exchange.

> How do I place a return or exchange?
It’s our goal to ensure you have the best possible experience with us, so we offer exchange valid for 30 days from the date of arrival of your order. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

> Can I return or exchange an item I bought on sale?
Unfortunately, all items purchased during a sale or marked at a discounted rate cannot be exchanged or refunded. If you send them back to us for a return we will not be able to process a refund. If you have any questions about sizing, fit, or fabric, please reach out to us on our WhatsApp number before placing your order.

> Can Customer exchange the product shipped internationally?
We do not offer exchanges in orders shipped internationally. Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order, in case of any defective or damaged delivery. Refunds on international orders do not include duties, taxes and tariffs paid by customers.

> Custom duty charges for international purchases
A customer placing order internationally may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied on the shipment. We do not take any responsibility if the product is not delivered in case such taxes and duties are not accepted by the recipient at the delivery address and we will not provide any refund for the same.

> How much time will it take to get the refund?
It usually takes 7 to 10 business days to process the refund.

> Are the MRPs inclusive of taxes ?
Yes, the MRP of the products listed on the website is inclusive of all taxes levied by the government of India.

> How do I know which size fits me?

> How can I send you my measurements?
Kindly fill our “Made To Order” form, in case you wish to place an order for a customised size.

> I think I got the sizing wrong on my order, can I exchange it for a different size?
We’re happy to send you the right size and do an exchange! Otherwise, we only replace items if they have arrived defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at midoribysgv@gmail.com with the details of size required.

Please note, the exchange of size depends on the availability of the required size only.

> How do I care for my MIDORI items? 
We request you to look after each garment with utmost care. All garments are recommended to be DRY CLEANED only. Also read the tags attached on the inside of the garments carefully.

> Do all photographs displayed on your website depict true representation of your outfits? 
All photographs are for representation purpose and shot to try and look as close as possible to the original product but may have marginal color variation from the actual product. Please be aware different monitors display colors differently and also depends on whether or not the display has been calibrated correctly.

> I have a gift card, can I use it online?
Yes, you can use the gift card on our website. In order to do so, you will need to enter in the coupon code at the time of checkout. The credit will be applied upon checkout.
